Dr. Balthazar has been practicing Family Medicine for over 15 years, focusing primarily in Public Health and other areas of critical needs, including strong involvement in Community / Public Health Fairs as well as educating and mentoring young people. Dr. Balthazar is also involved in Missionary work have assisted in building schools, providing food as well as medical services for under served children in Haiti in 2010. Dr. Balthazar is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Creole.

Dr. Balthazar is a Certified and approved as a first responder in State Special Needs Shelter programs in the event of any natural disaster. Dr. Balthazar is currently involved in Occupational Medicine and, along with colleagues, performs DOT physicals, breath alcohol testing and urine drug screening collection. Dr. Balthazar is currently pursuing MRO Certification
